| Name | Role | Position | Every organisation that is registered as a member of Birtley Community Partnership nominates two people to represent them at the Partnership Open Meetings. The Members of the Management Committee are elected at the Annual General Meeting that is held in September each year. Only Organisation Representatives and local Councillors are eligible to be elected. Only Organisation Representatives and local Councillors can nominate a candidate or vote to elect them. Once elected, members serve for three years. They can then be elected for a further three years then have to stand down for one year before they can be nominated again. This is a working committee and to give continuity, the members come off on a three year rolling programme. |
